Jharkhand Chief Minister Shibu Soren has said that the final decision about handing over power to BJP will be taken at Ranchi tomorrow. He said, the decision could not be taken today as all the JMM MLAs were not present in Bokaro. <br/><br/>After being asked whether he will be with the BJP, Mr. Soren said that the talks are on with both – the BJP and the Congress and the JMM will allign with any of them depending upon its suitability.<br/><br/>
