JNU Teacher's Association and JNU Student's Union today submitted a memorandum to university Vice-Chancellor demanding to bring normalcy in the campus. <br/><br/>Both associations said, they wanted the situation to improve as the atmosphere is unstable. They also submitted a letter to the enquiry committee saying that both associations should be kept in the loop while making any decision.<br/><br/>The JNU teachers association said all criminal charges like criminal conspiracy, sedition should be dropped. It said, internal inquiry mechanism is needed and Police should not be allowed to enter and arrest any student. The student Union said, they will abide by every decision of the Vice Chancellor.<br/><br/>Five JNU students, including Umar Khalid, who the police have been looking for in connection with a sedition case, surfaced on the campus yesterday. Police teams have been positioned outside the JNU and have been asked to wait for the students to surrender themselves.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the Supreme Court on Monday directed all concerned parties to share the reports among themselves regarding the violence at the Patiala House Court premises before the next hearing on March 10. The Registrar of Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court Panel, Delhi Police, Bar Council, Delhi High Court's Administrative Committee and the counsel of the accused submitted their reports today.<br/><br/>During the hearing, former Attorney General of India Soli Sorabjee requested the court not to make any observation, which may prejudice the proceedings pending before the High Court as JNU students union president Kanhaiya Kumar's bail plea is set to be heard tomorrow.<br/><br/>In reply, the apex court said that they are not going to decide on the merit of the case but will only examine the reported violence at the Patiala House Court.
