In Karnataka, the police have unearthed a fake credit card racket and arrested two persons for making credit cards of national and internationals banks.<br/><br/>Addressing a press conference in Karnataka, Police Commissioner Shankar Bidri said today that 205 fake credit cards were recovered from Jayakumar Samuel alias Samuel and Harish alias Steven.<br/><br/>The duo used to prepare fake credit cards of banks in the country and international banks and used them for purchasing goods and other services. <br/><br/>For the last two years they had committed fraud of more than Rs 50 lakh to various banks and the owners of the original credit cards. He said Jayakumar, a native of Tamil Nadu, who came to Bangalore nearly six years ago was running a departmental store. When he suffered financial loss in his business he came in contact with one Suhail and through him he met one Shorti of Sri Lanka.
