The Uttar Pradesh police has seized fake currency of 12000 rupees carrying denomination of 500 rupees from two persons in Allahabad today.<br/><br/>According to Police Circle officer S D Shukla both the culprits have been arrested from Colenganj police area. <br/><br/>According to police the arrested persons used to receive this money through a Nepali Citizen based in Nepal and later they supply to different people in and around Allahabad. <br/><br/>Both the arrested persons were involved in criminal activities and One of them ShamsulkHaq from Gorakhpur was earlier in jail also for the fake currency business. Some other members of their racket are yet to be identified the police officer said.
