The police martyrs commemoration parade was held in Kohima on Thursdayin honour of police personnel, who sacrificed their life for the defence of law and order.State Director General of Police, DGP K. Kire took the salute and paid tribute to the martyrs. Speaking on the occasion the DGP said that there is no nobler profession than a police who is always ready to lay down their life for the Defence of the country.
