Delhi police today made a fresh plea to a city court with a renewed sanction of prosecution of naxal leader Kobad ghandy under the anti-terror law. The move comes two days after Kobad was absolved of the terror charges under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAP) for want of proper sanction.

The charge sheet will come up for consideration on Saturday. Ghandy was charged only for allegedly committing cheating forgery and impersonation
