<span style="color: #222222;">Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana has said that investigating teams are probing the linkages in connection with the recovery of  Improvised Explosive Device, IED from Old Seemapuri area of Delhi yesterday. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Mr. Asthana said, as per probe, these IEDs were prepared to blast in public places and such activities are not possible without local support. He said the investigation, in this case, is at crucial stage. </span><br />
