In Assam, police arrested a ULFA militant on Thursday in Guwahati, suspected to be involved in the bomb blast at Rajib Bhaban, the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee office on last Monday. The powerful explosion left 5 persons injured including senior Congress party officials.
