Delhi Police has arrested a Nepali national suspected of having links with a Maoist group, with a huge haul of explosives. Loknath Panth was picked up from China Market of Karol Bagh area yesterday by special staff of Delhi Police with 498 non-electronic detonators and fake Nepalese currency. According to the Police, the accused was apprehended when an informer of the police pointed at him in the market while he was coming carrying a bag on his back. During the search of Lokpanth's bag, a bundle of wire was recovered that was later learnt to be the explosive safety fuse wire used to initiate the explosive devices. Police said he is being interrogated to unearth his links with Maoist groups.
