Congress President Rahul Gandhi has said, the PNB scam would not have been possible without high level protection. <br/><br/>Talking to media in New Delhi on Saturday, Mr Gandhi said, crony capitalists are stealing people's money, which they had deposited in the banks. He said, government must assure nation's people that the country's banking system is safe.
