Resuming discussion on the Union Budget 2017-18 in Rajya Sabha this afternoon, Shankarbhai N. Vegad of the BJP said, the Prime Minister's Fasal Bima Yojana enables farmers to get compensation even for loss of crops in a narrow stretch of land. <br/><br/><br/>He said, village electrification process has gained momentum and LED bulbs are made available at low costs. Ensuring safe drinking water, promoting organic farming and financial inclusion have been given a boost in the Budget.<br/><br/>Naresh Agrawal of the Samajwadi Party said, the non-performing assets of public sector banks in India are one of the highest in the world. Mr Agrawal wanted to know the amount of black money unearthed after demonetization.<br/>
