Minister of State for External Affairs V K Singh on Monday said that prime minister Narendra Modi will provide One Rank One Pension to defence personnel. Talking to media in Bhopal, he said that there are some complications with regard to the scheme and efforts are being made to solve them. He said that the Centre will need eight thousand crore rupees to implement One Rank One Pension.<br/><br/>Earlier External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and Mr. Singh reviewed the preparations of the Tenth World Hindi Conference. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the conference on 10th September.
