Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh will inaugurate the new building of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly in Chennai on March 13th.<br/><br/>The Prime Minister confirmed his participation in a letter to the State Chief Minister Mr M.Karunanidhi, copies of which were released to the press today. The present assembly complex which is housed in the 17th century Fort St. George hosted the last session which ended on the 11th of this month. The new complex is coming up at the Government Estate grounds off the arterial Mount Road at the cost of 425 crore rupees.<br/>
