Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and his wife exercised their voting rights at Dispur Government Higher Secondary school, polling booth in Guwahati constituency .

Later, talking to media Dr. Singh urged all citizens to cast their vote.

He ruled out that Congress is losing ground and said that everything will be cleared on 16th of May when poll results will be announced.

The Prime Minister also hoped that the Congress will get majority in the election. Dr Singh also termed the Modi wave as the creation of media only.
