Prime Minister Narendra Modi has visited Siachen to spend some time with soldiers on Diwali. He conveyed the message there that every Indian stands shoulder-to-shoulder with them. After his brief visit to Siachen, Mr Modi will travel to Srinagar to meet the flood victims.
