An expert group headed by former RBI Governor C Rangarajan for formulating a comprehensive job plan for youth of Jammu and Kashmir will submit its report to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today. The report will be presented by Rangarajan to the Prime Minister ahead of his two-day visit to Jammu where he is expected to announce a special employment package for the youth .Prime Minister's visit will Jammu tomorrow. He would participate in the convocation ceremony of Sher-e-Kashmir Agriculture University besides handing over nearly 800 houses to Kashmiri migrants.
