Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh will be visiting Puttaparti in Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh on Monday morning. He will take part in the 29th convocation ceremony of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.Elaborate arrangements have been made for his brief visit in Puttaparthi, the abode of god man, Sri Staya Sai Baba. District Collector Dr B Janardha Reddy has reviewed last evening the arrangements at Puttaparthi and at Kulwanth Hall where the Prime Minister will address the students of the deemed University later today.Chief Minister K Rosaiah, several state ministers will accord welcome to the prime Minister at Puttaparthi airport.It has been the practice that top leadership of the country attends the convocation of the institute every year coinciding with the Birthday celebrations of Satya Sai Baba.Thousands of people from different parts of the country and abroad are descending on the small pilgrim town on the occasion.
