The reshuffle of Union Council of Ministers will take place today. Quoting official sources, our correspondent reports that the reshuffle is expected to take place at 5 PM. Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi met yesterday where both the leaders are understood to have given finishing touches to the proposed changes.
