Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh will reply to the debate on the Motion of Thanks to the President for her address in both Houses of Parliament today. Parliamentary Affairs Minister P K Bansal said, while Dr Singh will speak in the Lok Sabha soon after the Question Hour, he will do so in the Rajya Sabha at 5 PM.
