Prime Minister Narendra Modi will offer special prayer at Lingaraj temple in Bhubaneswar this morning.<br/><br/>Mr Modi is scheduled to reach the temple at 9 AM and offer prayer at the 11th century Lord Shiva shrine. <br/><br/>Soon after the worship, the Prime Minister will drive straight to BJP national executive meeting venue Janata Maidan to attend the party conclave.<br/><br/>Mr Modi will also felicitate the relatives of martyrs of the Paika Rebellion at Raj Bhawan this morning before leaving for the Lingaraj temple.
