The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will meet US President Barak Obama in Washington tonight. <br/><br/>The two leaders will review bilateral ties as well as share their views on regional and global issues. Dr. Singh will raise nuclear terrorism and the situation in Pakistan. <br/><br/>He will also discuss issues such as Afghanistan, the G-20, economic recovery and maritime security with President Obama.<br/><br/>This will be Dr. Singh's second meeting with President Obama in less than sex months. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent says the fact that President Obama's first bilateral meeting is with the Indian Prime Minister shows the importance and values he attaches to his talks with Dr. Manmohan Singh.<br/><br/>The Prime Minister who arrived in Washington this morning will participate in the two-day Nuclear Security Summit beginning tomorrow. <br/><br/>The Summit aims to enhance international co-operation to prevent nuclear terrorism which US President Barack Obama has identified as the most immediate and extreme threat to global security. <br/><br/>42 nation and heads of European Union and International Atomic Energy Agency have been invited to participate in this Summit representing diverse set of regions and various levels of nuclear materials, energy and expertise. <br/><br/>The goals of the Nuclear Security Summit are to come to a common understanding of the threat posed by nuclear terrorism, to agree to effective measures to secure nuclear material and to prevent nuclear smuggling and terrorism.<br/><br/> Earlier official sources on board the Prime Minister’s special aircraft told our Special Correspondent Alpana Pant Sharma that India has been a consistent advocate of a world free of nuclear weapons and will work with the United States and other countries attending the summit. <br/><br/>At the official level talks, India will seek the extradition of David Coleman Headley and the access to Headley as per the legal system. <br/><br/>Official sources said that India is not for sanction against Iran and would be participating in the June 2010 meeting called by Iran.<br/>
