The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh has reached Hua Hin in Thailand to participate in the 15th ASEAN Summit. Dr. Singh will be meeting the Chinese Prime Minister, Wen Jiabao this morning followed by a meeting with the Japanese Prime Minister, Mr. Yukio Hatoyama. Later in the evening, the Prime Minister will attend the India-ASEAN Summit. The Prime Minister will attend the East Asian Summit tomorrow. Our correspondent reports that the Summits are important as India will seek to ratify the free trade agreement which had already been signed earlier this year.<br/>
