PM to leave for Brazil this morning to attend 6th BRICS Summit after stopover at Berlin

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be leaving for Brazil this morning to attend the 6th BRICS Summit after a stopover in Berlin where he had reached yesterday.

He is being accompanied by a high level delegation including Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Nirmala Sitharaman and National Security Adviser AK Doval among others.

Mr Modi will reach Brazil today where he is scheduled to have bilateral dialogues with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the BRICS summit.

The Summit will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday in the cities of Fortaleza and Brasilia, where the Prime Minister will be having a hectic schedule.
