Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's memorial at Mumbai's Indu Mill land. The function is scheduled to be held on Sunday. The Prime Minister is also expected to lay the foundation stone for two Metro routes which would cover Mumbai's western suburbs and also hold a rally at Bandra-Kurla Complex.
