PM to kickstart Make In India Week in Mumbai tomorrow

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will kickstart the Make In India Week in Mumbai tomorrow. Prime ministers of Sweden, Finland and Lithuania will be Guest of Honour on this occasion. The event is being organised by the Centre in collaboration with the Maharashtra Government and Confederation of Indian Industry-CII. It aims at providing greater momentum to the Centre's ambitious Make in India initiative. <br/><br/>India's commercial capital is all geared up for the mega event Make in India Week. The theme of the weeklong event is innovation, design and sustainability. A number of events including CNN Asia Business Forum and Time India Awards have been planned around this theme on the larger canvas of manufacturing. <br/><br/>Government delegations from over 40 nations and business delegations from around 60 countries will participate in it. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also inaugurate the Bombay Art Society complex in Mumbai.
