Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Mrs. Sonia Gandhi will arrive in Imphal on a one-day visit to Manipur today. Dr. Singh and Mrs. Gandhi will inaugurate the newly constructed buildings of the Manipur Legislative Assembly, High Court, City Convention Centre, Manipur Film Development Corporation Auditorium and Inter-State Bus Terminus at Imphal.

In the afternoon, the Prime Minister and the UPA Chairperson will address a public meeting at Kangla in Imphal.
