Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will inaugurate a two-day Indian Labour Conference in New Delhi on Tuesday. The conference will deliberate upon topical and critical issues including Minimum Wages, Social Security and Employablility and Employment.
The 44th Session of India Labour Conference being held under the chairmanship of Union Labour and Employment Minister Mr. Mallikarjun Kharge.
According to an official release, some frunitful results are likely to emerge from the brain-storming session on issues before the conference.
This process will strengthen the institutions of social dialogue.
