Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the state of art international terminal at Harni airport in Vadodara tomorrow. <br/><br/>During his one day visit to Gujarat, he will also attend a program to distribute artificial limbs and other equipment to more than 8 thousand 'Divyangs' in the city.<br/><br/>Our Ahmedabad correspondent reports that this will be his first visit to Vadodara after becoming the Prime Minister in May 2014.<br/><br/>After reaching Vadodara Airport tomorrow afternoon, the Prime Minister will first inaugurate the newly-built international terminal at the city airport. <br/><br/>The state-of-the-art terminal, built at a cost of 160 crore rupees is spread over 18 thousand square meters and can handle 700 passengers per hour. It will have 18 check-in counters on domestic and international terminals. <br/><br/>Later in the day Prime Minister Modi will distribute artificial limbs, tri-cycles and other assistive devices to more than 8 thousand divyangs in a separate program in Navlakhi ground in Vadodara. <br/><br/>The event is being jointly organized by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Kanpur-based Artificial Limb Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) and Vadodara district administration.
