The Indian Science Congress will begin at the Kerala University Campus in Thiruvananthapraram today. About seven thousand delegates including Nobel laureates and eminent scientists from across the globe are participating in the largest science summit of the country.<br/><br/>The Prime Minister will inaugurate the five-day event. Dr. Manmohan Singh arrived in Thiruvananthapraram last night on a two day official visit to Kerala. Apart from this, he will be presenting an award instituted by Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee to former ISRO Chairman G. Madhavan Nair. The Prime Minister will be attending another function in Thiruvananthapuram and will be returning to Delhi by this evening.<br/>
