Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will be reaching Thiruvananthapuram tonight on a two-day official visit to Kerala. He will be inaugurating the Indian Science Congress tomorrow at the Kerala University campus. About seven thousand delegates including nobel laurates and eminent scientists from across the globe are to participate in the largest science summit of the country.<br/><br/> The five-day science congress is being organised jointly by Indian Space Research Organisation and the Universtiy of Kerala . On account of PM 's visit security has been further tightened across the state.
