Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh will on Thursday inaugurate a conclave to discuss the issues of climate change. Afghan President Hamid Karzai, President of the Dominican Republic Leonel Fernandez Reyna and President of Seychelles James Alix Michel are among the leaders expected to address the 11th edition of the Delhi Sustainable Development Summit. The Theme of the conference is Tapping Local Initiatives and Tackling Global Inertia. Officials from governments, corporate world and NGOs will be attending the summit. The Afghan President arrived this evening in the national capital to attend the summit.
