Prime Minister Narendra Modi will felicitate the members of 16 families associated with Paika rebellion of 1817 in Odisha against the British empire. Party sources said, they will be felicitated during the BJP's national executive meeting on 16th of this month. <br/><br/>The rebellion is seen in the state as the first armed mutiny against the colonial rule.
