<span style="color: #222222;">Prime Minister Narendra Modi will confer the National Youth Parliament Festival 2019 awards on the winners in New Delhi on Wednesday.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The National Level Finals of the Festival concluded on Tuesday, with the announcement of winners. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Col Rajyavardhan Rathore handed over certificates of participation to those who took part in the festival. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Earlier, inaugurating the National Level Finals event, Col Rathore called upon the youth to recognize their strength and create a New India. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, India has a large young population bestowed with special qualities which need to be identified, harnessed and promoted. The Minister said, diversity makes India more beautiful, powerful and wonderful. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Referring to the dastardly attack on security forces in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, Col. Rathore said the martyrs belonged to different states, castes and religions, but all made supreme sacrifice for the motherland. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said the security forces imbibe the spirit of sacrifice, discipline, dedication and dutifulness, and it is the need of the hour that the youth also inculcate these virtues. He called upon the youth to play their role in nation building, saying India is making rapid strides in various spheres. </span><br />'' <br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">He said the country is progressing under the best leadership, and impossibilities are being converted into possibilities.</span><br />
