Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair the eleventh meeting of the Inter-State Council in New Delhi tomorrow. <br/><br/>Union Ministers and Chief Ministers of all states are expected to attend the meeting. <br/><br/>Issues of use of Aadhaar as an identifier and use of Direct Benefit Transfer for providing subsidies, benefits and Public services are on the agenda. <br/><br/>Home Ministry said, internal security and improving the quality of school education with a special focus on improving learning outcomes, will also be discussed. The last meeting of the Council was held in December 2006 in New Delhi.
