Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a rally at Bhagalpur in Bihar today. This will be Mr Modi's first rally in Bhagalpur after he became Prime Minister. AIR correspondent reports that last time, Mr Modi visited the city was during the campaigning of 2014 Lok Sabha polls.<br/><br/>Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address rally between 1 and 2 this afternoon. Earlier Mr. Modi had addressed three allies at Muzaffarpur, Gaya and Sahrsa .A tight security arrangements have made in view of rally. LJP President Ram Vilas Paswan, RLSP Chief Upendra Kushwaha and Hindustani Awam morcha ( Secular) leader Jitan Ram Manjhi will also participate in the rally.
