Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a public meeting at Balasore in Odisha today. <br/><br/>The rally is part of a series of meetings to mark the completion of two years of the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre.<br/><br/>Balasore is one of the six venues where mega rallies have been planned by the Government. <br/><br/>It will be Mr Modi's third visit to Odisha this year and fourth since he became the Prime Minister. <br/><br/>Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan along with many senior leaders including former Chief Minister Giridhar Gamang have been camping Balasore. <br/><br/>They visited the venue and inspected preparations ahead of the Prime Minister's visit.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that the AIIMS ground, where Modi will address a Vikas rally and speak about his government's achievements over the last two years, was cordoned off by police. <br/><br/>Sixty platoons of armed police have been deployed for the event including a special protection group team is already camping. <br/><br/>While Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram checking the preparations, the BJP workers are leaving no stones unturned in their efforts, busy putting up party flags and banners highlighting achievements of Modi government. <br/><br/>This would be the third visit of Mr. Modi to Odisha this year and the fourth one after he took over prime minister ship in 2014.
