Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh will address a press conference tomorrow to mark the first anniversary of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government’s second term. All India Radio will directly relay the Prime Minister's press conference from Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi tomorrow from 10.25 am onwards on Indraprastha , Rajdhani Channel, and other channels.<br/>The UPA government completed the first year in office of its second term on saturday. A function to mark the first year of UPA government in power was postponed on saturday due to the tragic air crash in Mangalore. <br/>
