Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a Parivartan Rally in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh today. A large number of people have started gathering at the rally venue from Bahraich as well as neighbouring districts. This is the fifth Parivartan Rally of the Prime Minister in Uttar Pradesh. Prior to it, he has addressed rallies at Ghazipur, Agra, Kushinagar and Moradabad. After Bahraich, Mr Modi is scheduled to address one more rally in Kanpur on 19th of this month. <br/><br/>Our correspondent reports that six layer security arrangements have been made for PM's visit under terrorist threat perception for Bahraich being a Nepal bordering district. Besides, drone cameras will keep a close vigil of nearby areas of the rally ground. The entire region of Bahraich seems to be painted saffron as all roads leading to the city are filled with hoardings and banners welcoming PM Modi who will address the people around two in the afternoon.
