The nation will celebrate the 64th Independence Day tomorrow. The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will unfurl the national flag and address the country from the ramparts of the historic Red Fort.All India Radio will broadcast live the flag hoisting ceremony and the the Prime Ministers's address from five minutes past 7 am onwards.In the capital, the Police have put in place an elaborate security system especially near Red Fort. Arount 60 CCTV have been installed in and around Lal Quila. Sharp shooters of the NSG will be deployed on the roof tops of high rise buildings near the Mughal monument. Strict vigil is being maintained at key installations like Parliament complex, airport, railway stations and bus terminals.According to Joint Commissioner of Delhi Police, traffic Satyendra Garg unlike the past years, borders of Delhi will not be sealed though random checking of vehicles and individuals will be done. As a precautionary measure, the Northern railway has decided to withhold the train services between Old Delhi to Sahadra Railway Stations between 6 AM and 8 :30 AM tomorrow. Metro will run as usual on the Independence Day.
