Prime Minister Narenrda Modi on Saturday stressed the need of techno savvy bar, bench and courts for quality of arguments and judgements.<br/><br/>Addressing the valedictory function of centenary celebrations of Patna High court at state capital, Mr. Modi said the time of judgment will be speeded up by using digital technology.<br/>He also advocated that judiciary system should be more lively, dynamic and progressive to meet the challenges of time.<br/><br/>Mr. Modi urged courts to explore possibility of bringing out bulletins every year identifying the oldest pending cases to create sensitivity towards Justice.<br/><br/>Mr. Modi said this will create a psychological atmosphere to get rid of pendency of cases.<br/>
