Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed a BJP rally at Moran near Dibrugarh in Assam. Addressing the gathering Mr Modi said that, the nation cannot go ahead without the development of the North Eastern Region and in this regard the centre has taken up several initiative to reach the goal. He said that the centre will take every possible step for the betterment of the North East and its' people. <br/><br/>Prime Minister also mentioned that several steps have been taken up in the sectors like infrastructure, health and education. While commenting on the various schemes started by the BJP led government, he urged upon the people to reap the maximum benefit out of those schemes.<br/><br/>While criticizing the opposition parties in disrupting the parliament session repeatedly, Prime Minister slammed one particular opposition party without naming it, for this act and says these sort of behavior in parliamentary affairs is quite detrimental for the speedy development of the nation. <br/><br/>He also says that, the fear and agony of losing ground in the last parliamentary election, this party tends to hamper the development initiatives by disrupting proceedings of the parliament so that the present government cannot attain its' goal within the shortest possible time.
