Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that his target is to bring a positive change in the lives of the poor, deprived and marginalised people of the society. Addressing a gathering of 'Rickshaw Sangathan' in Lucknow he said that giving livelihood to youths is his government's top priority. On this occasion PM also gave away E Rickshaws to 2100 such persons who till now were earning their livelihood by pulling rickshaws owned by others. <br/><br/>Asking the new rickshaw owners, the Prime Minister said that they must play a very positive role with the tourists as they are the first who come across with the outsiders. He said that his government is making effort to boost the tourism in the country by all means as over 100 countries have already been given facility of E Visa. More and more tourists are bound to come and these are the auto rickshaw men, taxi drivers and other service providers who have the opportunity to give them good first impression.<br/><br/>To serve them in the best possible way is necessary so that when they return to their country, they remember the honesty, good behaviour and how he was made felt by those men. This is the brand value and goodwill which even large campaigns and prime minister himself can not create, Mr. Modi said. Later the Prime Minister also visited Ambedkar Bhawan in front of Vidhan Sabha where he paid floral tributes to the urn of Dr Ambedkar. He was presented with a statue of Dr Ambedkar by the organisers.
