Senior leader and Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said, his government was instrumental in implementing schemes which were pending for more than 50 years. Addressing an election at Agastheeswaram in Tamilnadu, Mr. Modi blamed the opposition for what he called as dynastic and selfish rule rather than being concerned about the development of the Nation. In a rally in Kanyakumari, Mr. Modi said, his government is concerned about the welfare of the fishermen in Tamilnadu and due to his government's efforts no Indian fisherman is in jail in Srilanka. Mr. Modi also addressed an election rally in Thoongaa Nagaram, Madurai.<br />'' <br />''DMK leader M.K.
