Prime Minister Narendra Modi today regretted inconvenience caused to citizens in Chandigarh during his visit, especially shutting of schools. Mr Modi said, it was totally avoidable. In a tweet, Mr Modi said, an inquiry will be held and responsibility will be fixed for the inconvenience caused to the people of Chandigarh.
