Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said it would not be proper for him to say anything on the alleged 2G spectrum allocation scam, involving Telecom Minister A Raja when Parliament is in Session and the matter is probably sub-judice.He was talking to reporters on his way back to New Delhi after taking part in G-20 summit at Seoul. Asked about AIADMK leader Jayalalitha's offer of support to the UPA, Singh said it was for the Congress high command to take note of it as he was hearing about the offer for the first time. The Prime Minister, however, said that the Congress was in alliance with the DMK and that the alliance stands as of now.Meanwhile, Telecom Minister A Raja has ruled out his resignation over the 2G spectrum allocation controversy.DMK Supremo Karunanidhi also came out strongly in support of Raja. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister said Raja had not flouted any rules. Talking to the media in Chennai, he said Raja had only followed the procedures adopted by his predecessors in the NDA government Pramod Mahajan and Arun Shourie and there was no need for him to quit.
