Prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh reached Berlin this evening on his three day state visit to Germany. He was received by Chief Protocol of Government of Germany Mr. Mertens at Tegel military airport. He was given a guard of honour at the airport. Our correspondent covering Prime Minister's visit reports that he will be given ceremonial reception by German Chancellor Angela Merkel at Federal Chancellery.
