Prime Minister Narendra Modi today criticized the Congress without naming it saying that it has misused Parliament to stop the pace of country's growth. Addressing BJP Parliamentary Party meeting in New Delhi, Mr Modi praised Samajwadi Party Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav for his efforts and other political parties helping to break logjam in both the Houses. <br/><br/>Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Rajiv Pratap Rudy told reporters after the meeting that the Prime Minister spoke of some people, a reference to top Congress brass, who are working to stall economic growth.<br/><br/>Mr Rudy said, in the meeting, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley informed that Goods and Services Tax Bill will be brought before the Rajya Sabha for its passage. He said, Mr Jaitley expressed the hope that all parties will support the bill which is in the interest of country's economic growth. Mr Rudy said, it was also decided in the meeting that all the ruling party MPs will promote the social schemes launched by the government during the last one year.
