Prime Minister Narendra Modi has paid tributes to Former President of India, R Venkataraman and Former Prime Minister of India, Shri I K Gujral, on their birth anniversary. In a message, Mr Modi said R Venkataraman and IK Gujral were influential in shaping India's history.
