Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid tributes to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya on his death anniversary. <br/><br/>In his message, Mr Modi said the life of Pandit Deendayal was devoted to serving the nation and the poor. He said, government remains committed to his idea of Antyodaya or serving the last person in the society.
