Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid tributes to late Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray on his third death anniversary. In a tweet, Mr Modi said, Balasaheb Thackeray was committed to the well-being of people and he was widely admired by karyakartas.
